If you've ever felt like you're the only one with pelvic floor problems, you are not alone. Many moms confide they feel isolated, worried, or down about their pelvic floor problems, which can make problems worse. We created this group to end that cycle.
This is space for support and connection. You will leave feeling heard, empowered, and with new coping skills for physical or mental health. Babies on laps welcome.
Come find your village. Motherhood can be isolating, but it does not have to be. This is a peer and professional led group for pregnant moms and newer moms.
We will meet at our Greensburg office on fourth weds of each month at 7:00 PM for coffee and light snacks. We will talk about the struggles, happy moments, and physical and mental health in motherhood. Babies on laps welcome. You will leave feeling heard, empowered, and with new coping skills for physical or mental health.
The pelvic floor and mental health have a dynamic relationship. Both play a big role in back and hip pain, peeing your pants, prolapse, and chronic pain. Join us from anywhere to learn about what you might be missing to move past pain and pelvic floor problems.
