First stage

We calm overactive muscles using manual (hands-on) therapy, look at any current stressors or mental health problems you may be facing, and focus on good breathing techniques.

Second stage

We help you re-coordinate your muscles, bringing on any muscles that are underactive to help overactive muscles. This includes first-stage techniques with the gradual addition of specific exercises. We'll look at all the activities you want to do and make sure your muscles are coordinated to meet your specific goals.

Hip Pain During Pregnancy

Back pain is one of the most common complaints during pregnancy. We'll show you how to ease back pain with a variety of techniques, including stretches, strengthening exercises, and manual therapy.

Diastisis Recti

Also known as abdominal separation, diastisis recti can cause a lot of pain and may even make it difficult to walk or sit up. We’ll show you how to tell if you have diastisis recti while pregnant and how to fix diastisis recti using targeted exercises and manual therapy.

Perineal Tear Prevention

 Using hands-on perineal massage techniques, we'll teach you how to properly relax your pelvic floor muscles and take the proper positioning for labor. We can help you manage any pain, address any fears you have related to labor and learn how to properly push to limit strain on your body.
